A Golden Ticket is an event that gives you extra rewards in the current season. It is split into two parts. On the bottom row, you can collect free rewards as you progress through the game. There is also a paid version of the Golden Ticket.
It allows you to get the extra rewards on the top row, which are not available to players who do not have a Golden Ticket. As you complete daily and weekly tasks, the object in the middle will move forward in accordance with the points you have earned.
A Golden Ticket is only active for one tourist season. When a new season starts, you must purchase a new Golden Ticket. You can see the length of this event under the icon in the game. In the same spot, you can also see the number of days until the end of the tourist season.
According to the rules, you must finish the event to get the main prize.
