Follow the instructions below to avoid losing your game progress:
1) First ensure that the game is linked to your Facebook account. Please note that we do not recommend connecting the game to several accounts on one device, as this may lead to the loss of progress in one of them.
2) Tap and hold the game icon until it starts to shake slightly. Tap on the X sign to delete the game.
3) Download the game from the App Store.
4) Before you launch the game, be sure to check that you have a stable internet connection. We advise you if possible to use Wi-Fi.
5) After the game is launched, a popup window will appear and offer to load your progress. Confirm loading of the save with the right level and enjoy the game :)
Please bear in mind that access to Facebook services may be limited in some countries or regions. In such cases, we abide by local law.

2) Go to Settings -> Apps. Choose the game that you wish to reinstall from the list, and tap delete.
3) Restart your device.
4) Download the game again from the Play Store.
5) Before you launch the game, be sure to check that you have a stable internet connection. We advise you if possible to use Wi-Fi.
6) After the game is launched, a popup window will appear and offer to load your progress. Confirm loading of the save with the right level and enjoy the game.
