How do I check how much free space I have on my Apple device?
Go to the Settings -> General -> Storage. A list of recommendations for optimizing your device's storage may appear, under which you will find a list of installed programs and the amount of memory used by each of them.
Tap on the name of the app to see how much memory it takes up. Memory used by caches and temporary data is not included.
If the device's memory is almost full and you are unable to free up space, you may get a "Storage Almost Full" warning. In that case, check the recommendations for optimizing storage or delete rarely used content like videos or apps.
